1. Worldwide Shipping

RD Global proudly offers shipping to the United States and most countries worldwide.

We ship our jewelry from India using reliable international courier services. Depending on the destination, we may use carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another trusted international shipping provider.

We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Customs Duties – Paid by RD Global

No Unexpected Customs Duty for Our Customers

RD Global pays the applicable customs/import duties associated with your shipment.

Customers should not be required to pay additional customs duty to receive an order shipped by RD Global.

If a customs or import-duty charge is assessed by the destination country, RD Global will handle the applicable customs duty according to our shipping arrangement.

Our goal is to provide a hassle-free international shopping experience with no unexpected customs-duty charges upon delivery.

3. Shipping to the USA

We offer secure international shipping to customers throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

For high-value jewelry and diamond orders, additional processing or verification may occasionally be required before shipment.

All high-value orders are shipped with tracking and appropriate security measures.

4. International Shipping

We ship to customers across many countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

For remote locations, additional delivery time may be required.

5. Order Processing

Orders are carefully inspected and prepared before shipment.

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the product, customization, engraving, sizing, certification, or manufacturing requirements.

Custom-made and made-to-order jewelry may require additional production time. The estimated production time will be communicated to the customer before or after the order is placed.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, RD Global will provide a tracking number whenever tracking is available.

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the courier.

7. Secure Packaging

All jewelry is carefully packaged to help protect it during international transportation.

Depending on the order, packaging may include:

• Protective outer packaging

• Diamond certification, when applicable

• Shipping documentation

• Tracking information

For high-value jewelry, we use appropriate shipping and security procedures.

8. Signature on Delivery

For high-value jewelry and diamond orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

This helps protect both the customer and RD Global from unauthorized delivery or loss.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package when a signature is required.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

• Full name

• Street address

• Apartment/unit number, if applicable

• City

• State/Province

• Postal/ZIP code

• Country

• Valid telephone number, when required

RD Global is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

10. Shipping Delays

Although we work with reliable international courier services, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

• Severe weather

• Public holidays

• Courier delays

• Transportation disruptions

• Incorrect address information

• Security inspections

• Unforeseen international shipping circumstances

RD Global will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping delays.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged when delivered, please contact RD Global as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and its contents.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost while in transit, RD Global will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution according to the applicable shipping and insurance terms.

12. International Import Requirements

Although RD Global pays applicable customs/import duties as described above, certain countries may have additional local requirements, documentation requirements, regulatory procedures, or taxes that are outside the definition of customs duty.

Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation reasonably required to complete delivery or comply with applicable local regulations.

If a destination country has restrictions that prevent us from legally shipping a particular jewelry or diamond product, RD Global may cancel and refund the order.

13. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package without first contacting RD Global, additional shipping or return costs may apply.

Please contact us before refusing or abandoning a shipment so that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.

14. Returns and Exchanges

Shipping and customs-duty arrangements for returned or exchanged items are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact RD Global before returning any jewelry.

Do not send a return shipment without receiving return instructions from RD Global.
